China ADR — company short theses

One synthesised short thesis per company, built from three independent inputs: the financial and shortability screen, live X/Twitter sentiment, and sell-side research pulled from AlphaEngine. Where a company has no meaningful X chatter or no analyst coverage, that is stated rather than padded.

Method and sourcing

Each thesis is synthesised by an agent that reads three inputs: (1) the financial screen for that company — trailing margins, cash flow, multiples, short interest, liquidity and the two shortability scores; (2) a live X/Twitter sweep run through the logged-in Grok subscription, which returns per-ticker density, sentiment lean, source classification and post links; (3) sell-side research metadata from AlphaEngine, filtered to documents that actually reference the company's ADR ticker, preferring broker notes and earnings reviews over market-wide morning commentary.

The synthesised text is a research aid, not investment advice, and not a substitute for reading the filings. Analyst targets and ratings are attributed to the publishing firm and dated; they are reported as data points, not endorsements.

Coverage is uneven by design of the underlying sources. Large-cap ADRs have deep analyst and social coverage; micro-caps frequently have neither. Where both are absent the thesis rests on the financials alone, and the card says so.
